A signature is typically not required for Small Parcel deliveries, however the decision to leave your package will ultimately be at the discretion of the carrier. If you have special delivery instructions for the carrier, we recommend placing a note on your door on the day of delivery referencing your tracking number and request.
Processing and Shipping Time
Based on the estimations below, orders typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days:

Depending on estimated re-stocking timeline, your order will either be, 1) shipped without the back-ordered product which will then be shipped separately upon availability, or 2) held until the back ordered product is available and the entire order will be shipped together.
If a product is discontinued, we will issue a full refund for that item.
Large, Bulky or Heavy Shipments
Shipments that contain a large number of boxes or that are extra heavy and bulky are shipped by either UPS or Fed-X freight services. Examples include shipments such as one-year supplies, large water barrels, or orders over 360 pounds.
Please note the following about large shipments:
- 1. When your shipment arrives at the carrier’s local terminal, they will call you to schedule an appointment for a 4-hour delivery window. A signature will be required.
- 2. Be sure to inspect the shipment contents upon delivery (it is normal for the package to show some wear). If you have any concerns regarding the condition or packaging of your order, simply describe the issue on the delivery receipt provided by the driver and contact us for assistance.
