MRE Complete Meal comes with 12 full meals. Each MRE comes with a heater, matches, silverware, condiments, coffee and crackers.

Directions for Heating: The heater included is a flameless heater. There is a plastic pouch with a small cup and a sealed silver pouch inside it. Inside the silver pouch are 12 heater pouches. Put one of the heaters (it's a small white pouch) inside the large clear pouch and add water using the cup. There is a chemical reaction between the pouch and the water that heats the water. Then put the MRE inside the pouch with the heated water and it will heat the MRE. The clear pouch can then be re-used with the remaining heaters and new water.
