Products that are gluten free, however, contain no wheat, barley or rye. Gluten free products are made to be healthy alternatives to traditional products. Some gluten free products can be tasteless and pale replacements to the originals, but that doesn't have to be the case! And, because replacement products are typically more difficult to produce and prepare, gluten free products aren't all that common.
