Lime Gelatin Salad
1 small package lime gelatin
1 cup water
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup crushed pineapple
1/2 cup chopped nuts
3/4 cup Augason Farms Spiff-E-Whip prepared with 3/4 cup ice water

Bring water to boil. Add gelatin and marshmallows and dissolve. Add cottage cheese, pineapple and nuts. Place in refrigerator until it starts to set. Remove and add prepared Spiff-E-Whip.
